Marinated & seasoned with fresh herbs & cooked on skewers, on charcoal in a clay oven. These are mildly spiced, traditional Indian dishes. Served with green salad & mint sauce.

i’ve been using Cottingham tandoori for years on and off ..had my usual tonight which ive not had for a while and it was absolutely perfect ..the best i’ve had from this takeaway ..massive credit to the chef he knows how to make a Dhansak..see you soon !
